Handy Tips We recommend that you have a couple of separate rooms in which the treatments can be carried out, they should be clean and tidy, we will bring some scented candles and soothing music to help get you and your friends well and truly relaxed.
Some of your guests may have chosen to have treatments which require the removal of some clothing it is advisable that you ensure that your home is at a comfortable temperature.
Please can you make sure that your guests arrive about half an hour before you want the party to begin as this will stop guest being late. This could make treatments run over which could effect the time allocated to you and your guest. We also want everyone to be fully relaxed and chilled when we start.
All of our packages have no limit on numbers, but we do advise that you only invite a number of people that can comfortably fit in your home.
We recommend that you provide some light nibbles that your guests can help themselves too. We can provide this service for you if you wish as we don’t want you stressing out over providing food on the day! | The Pink Ladies
Book your party
Date – Choose a date that you require and telephone or fax us at 07900 555 876 with the date you want, your name, contact number, email address and we will contact you to confirm that we are available.
Confirmation – Once we have checked our availability we will then send you written confirmation of the date you require.
Secure the Booking – In order for you to secure this date we will need a deposit which is non re-fundable. This can be done via cheque / credit card/ online.
Invitations – We will give you your own official invitations for you to send out to all of your guest. Inside will be a menu of the treatments that they can choose, this will need to be sent back to you so we can prepare your pamper event.
Paying the balance - The remainder of the balance is due two weeks before the date of the party.

Terms & Conditions
Payment of the non refundable deposit must be received to secure your booking, or the date may be allocated to another party interested in the same date.
Cancellations for group events or spa party at the Salon/ hotel must be made 4 days in advance. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. All deposits will not be refundable once the date has been confirmed.
All customer details held are used solely by Pink Ladies and shall not be disclosed to any third parties.
From time to time we may use your details to offer you information about special offers or new products. If you do not wish to receive such information please email or write to us at the addresses provided and you will be removed from the mailing list.
Our spa technicians uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.
Our spa technicians will refuse or terminate a treatment if any of the following apply:
- Broken skin or lesions
- Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments
- Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation
- Intoxication
